- Condensed milk1 can(s)
- Butter1 dessert spoon
- Beat the eggs, sugar, oil and 4 tablespoons of cocoa powder in a blender until smooth, alternately add the flour and boiling water and use the pulse mode of the blender to mix. Mix with the help of a spatula if necessary and then add the yeast. Shake well.
- Pour the dough over a greased hole shape and bake in a preheated 200 degree oven for approximately 30 minutes.
- For the topping, make a brigadeiro: mix the condensed milk, 3 tablespoons of cocoa powder and the butter and bring to a gentle simmer, always stirring until the bottom of the pan comes unglued.
- Wait for the cake to cool, unmold and cover with the brigadeiro.
