- Oil | 1 cup240 ml
- Sugar | 1 1/2 cups270 g
- Wheat Flour | 2 cups320 g
- Baking Powder | 1 tablespoon15 g
- Salt1 coffee spoon
- Sugar for the topping | 1 cup190 g
- Chocolate topping | 1 cup140 g
- Milk for Topping | 1/4 cup60 ml
- Butter for Topping | 1 tablespoon30 g
- In the blender cup add the carrot, it is very important that it is the correct amount as this will guarantee a fluffy dough, add the eggs, oil and sugar and beat well.
- Transfer the dough to a bowl and add the salt and flour and mix well.
- Add the yeast and mix just to incorporate.
- Pass the dough to a greased and floured rectangular shape, I used a 30x20 cm shape, and take it to the oven preheated to 180° degrees for approximately 45 minutes. After that time, do the toothpick test. Remove from the oven and wait for it to cool.
- To prepare the topping, bring all the ingredients to the boil, stirring constantly. As soon as it boils, count 3 minutes, if it's already dropping from the bottom of the pan, it's ready.
- Cover the cake immediately and wait for it to cool.
