- Rosemary to taste
- Turmeric1 tablespoon
- Sugar6 tablespoon
- In a deep pan, place the wine, sugar, saffron and rosemary. Simmer for 5 minutes. Add the pears and simmer until the pears are very soft but not melted. Remove the pears and set aside.
- Syrup Add two more tablespoons of sugar and let it reduce.
- Serve with ice cream or grecco yogurt.
