- Roasted peanuts1/2 cup

- Beat everything in the blender and take it to the freezer for about 3 hours, watch it start to form ice crystals or harden on the sides (don't let it harden too much), time to take it out and put it in the bowl of the mixer, if you have that beater that looks like a it's even better, if you don't have it ok, beat the ice cream for about 8 minutes and notice that it even increases in volume. Once this is done transfer again to a bowl and take it to the freezer to harden. If it is in the freezer, it is very hard and needs to be removed a few minutes before consumption, but maintaining its creaminess.
