  1. Drain the peach , reserve 3 halves ( to decorate ) chop the rest and place in a pan.
  2. in a cup put a little of the cow's milk and the starch Mix well, add the Peach in the pan and add the rest of the liter of milk, the coconut milk, the yolks, the condensed milk and 5 tablespoons of the grated coconut.
  3. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring gently so it doesn't stick to the bottom. The point is when to get a cream. Turn off the heat and let it cool down a bit, stirring occasionally to avoid creating a film on the top.
  4. On a plate with milk, moisten the champagne biscuits little by little so they don't soften too much. Take a refractory put a thin layer of the cream, another of the biscuit. Make layers of biscuit and cream, as long as the last one is with the cream to cover the entire biscuit. Sprinkle grated coconut.
  5. Cut the 3 halves of the peach into slices neither thick nor thin, decorate along with the cherries without the syrup.
