- I hit the blender: five pieces of peach; all the syrup that comes in the can; condensed milk; sour cream and lemons. I beat until the mixture was homogeneous and without peach pieces visible. I put it in a pretty container and put it in the fridge for at least 3 hours, or until the mousse sets.
