- milk500 ml
- condensed milk1 can(s)
- sour cream1 can(s)
- starch and corn1 tablespoon
- vanilla essence1 tablespoon
- pineapple gelatin envelope1 unit(s)
- In a pan with the fire off, add 1 box of condensed milk, 1 tablespoon of cornstarch and mix well.
- Now add 1 tablespoon of vanilla essence, 1 can of cream, and 500 ml of milk. Turn on the heat and stir until it thickens.
- After thickening, turn off the heat and let it cool to room temperature. After cooling down a bit, transfer part of the cream from the pan to a platter.
- After the first layer of cream, make a layer with the cornstarch cookies, and then cover with the rest of the cream in the pan. On top, place the peaches without the syrup, and take the platter to the freezer for 10 minutes.
- Now let's make the gelatin, in a container mix 1 envelope of pineapple gelatin in 200 ml of hot water, then add 200 ml of cold water. Mix well and pour the gelatin over the peaches platter.
- Take the platter to the fridge for approximately 3 hours. Afterwards, just enjoy this peach ice cream. Enjoy, be happy!
