- peach flavor gelatin powder1 can(s)
- hot water1 teaspoon
- condensed milk2 can(s)
- sour cream3 can(s)
- peach in syrup2 can(s)
- champagne biscuit1 unit(s)
- Dissolve the gelatine in hot water and in a blender
- beat with condensed milk and cream until creamy.
- Cut a few peach slices to decorate and chop the rest.
- Line a medium refractory with the champagne biscuit, cover with half of the whipped cream, spread the chopped peach and the rest of the cream.
- Decorate with the sliced peach and take to the fridge for 4 hours before serving.
