peach flavor gelatin powder1 can(s)
hot water1 teaspoon
condensed milk2 can(s)
sour cream3 can(s)
peach in syrup2 can(s)
champagne biscuit1 unit(s)

Dissolve the gelatine in hot water and in a blender
beat with condensed milk and cream until creamy.
Cut a few peach slices to decorate and chop the rest.
Line a medium refractory with the champagne biscuit, cover with half of the whipped cream, spread the chopped peach and the rest of the cream.
Decorate with the sliced peach and take to the fridge for 4 hours before serving.
