Na batedeira batas as claras em velocidade baixa até espumar.
Aumente a velocidade e vá adicionando o açúcar aos poucos. Bata até que se forme um creme firme e brilhante. 

In a mixer, beat the egg whites on low speed until foamy.
Increase the speed and gradually add the sugar. Whisk until a firm, glossy cream forms.

Desligue a batedeira e acrescente o amido de milho e o vinagre usando um fouet e mexendo com delicadeza. 

Turn off the mixer and add the cornstarch and vinegar using a whisk and stirring gently.

Forre uma assadeira com papel manteiga e disponha o glace formando um círculo do tamanho aproximado de um prato raso.  Espalhe bem deixando o centro mais baixo e as bordas largas e altas.



Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange the frosting in a circle about the size of a shallow plate. Spread evenly leaving the center lower and the edges wide and high.



Leve ao forno com temperatura bem baixa, 150 a 180 graus. Caso seu forno esquente muito mantenha a porta entreaberta (use o cabo de uma colher de pau). Quando o suspiro estiver firme e bem sequinho, desligue o forno mas, só retire a assadeira do forno depois de totalmente fria. 

Bake in the oven at a very low temperature, 150 to 180 degrees. If your oven gets too hot, keep the door ajar (use the handle of a wooden spoon). When the sigh is firm and very dry, turn off the oven, but only remove the roast from the oven after it has completely cooled down.

Bata o chantilly conforme a instrução do fabricante.



Whip the whipped cream according to the manufacturer's instructions.



Coloque o suspiro com cuidado no prato, cubra com o chantilly no centro e por cima as frutas.
Sirva bem gelada. 

Place the meringue carefully on the plate, cover with the whipped cream in the center and the fruit on top.
Serve very cold.
