- Recipe
- Condensed Milk1 can(s)
- Gems2 unit(s)
- Corn starch3 tablespoon
- Milk1 l
- Dark chocolate500 g
- Maizena Biscuit400 g
- Sour cream1 can(s)
- For the cream: in a pan, place the 2 cans of condensed milk, the yolks. Dissolve the cornstarch in the milk and pour it into the pan, cook over low heat, stirring constantly, so it doesn't stick to the bottom of the pan. When it starts to boil, cook for another 5 minutes, the cream will thicken, you can now turn off the heat. Pour half of the cream on a platter and cover with plastic film (in contact with the cream) and let it cool. In the other half of the cream you will put 300g of semisweet chocolate and mix until all the chocolate is dissolved. Cover with plastic film and let cool.
- For assembly: in a rectangular or oval refractory, place a little of the white cream and spread it on the bottom of the dish. Soak the cornstarch biscuit in the milk and cover the whole cream with the biscuit. Spread some of the chocolate cream over the cookie and cover it with cookie and keep alternating until the creams are used up. The last call will be cookies.
- Ganache: use the rest of the chocolate (200g) put it in a refractory that can go in the microwave and melt and stir every 30 seconds, gradually adding the cream. Be careful not to burn the chocolate! When the chocolate is all melted, pour it on top of the cookies. Decorate to your liking!
