- Milk900 ml
- Corn starch3 tablespoon
- Eggs2 unit(s)
- Peaches in syrup1 can(s)
- Maizena Biscuit200 g
- White chocolate bar300 g
- Sour cream3 tablespoon
- In a pan mix: condensed milk, milk and eggs. Dissolve the cornstarch in a little milk and mix it with the other ingredients in the pan, bring it to a medium heat, stirring constantly, until it becomes a cream, let it cool a little.
- Chop the peaches into small pieces (separate some to decorate, I reserved 4 units for my decoration) use the syrup that comes in the can to dip the cookies.
- Add the chopped peaches to the cooled cream.
- Melt the white chocolate and add the cream.
- In a refractory, make interspersed layers of cream, melted white chocolate and the cookies bathed one by one in the syrup. Finally, cover with a layer of cream and decorate with peaches on top. Take the fridge. Ready now just taste this delight.
