1 1/2 cup condensed milk395 g
2 cups of sour cream400 g
2 cups of chilled whipped cream400 ml
Pickled Peaches450 g
Cookies180 g
White chocolate to taste

In a pan, place the cream, condensed milk and bring to medium heat, stirring constantly until it boils and thickens. Let cool.
Whip the whipped cream until stiff peaks form, add the cold cream and beat until combined.
Place some of the cream on the bottom of a marinex, distribute half of the cookies, soak in the peach syrup, place the chopped peaches, the prepared cream and repeat the operation, ending with the cream.
Decorate with white chocolate shavings and chopped peaches. Help yourself.
