Corn Starch (cornstarch)1 tablespoon
Sugar1 cup

Cut the pineapple and let it cook for 20 Minutes - Add 1 cup of sugar and cover with water until the pineapple is covered.
In a pan Put the condensed milk, corn starch, cream and the milk mix well with the fire off.
Then leave it on the fire until it thickens, when it gets homogeneous add the pineapple that is already cooked and turn off the fire so it doesn't burn!
MOUNTING: A layer of the Maisena biscuit, another layer of the cream, add the coconut on top. Place an aluminum foil and let it cool in the fridge for at least 2 hours to firm the cream.
