  • Maizena Biscuit200 g
  • Sour cream200 g
  • Hershey's Milk Chocolate Bar01 unit(s)
  • Chocolate sprinkles to taste
  • Candy01 unit(s)
  1. Start by preparing the white cream.
  2. In a pan put the milk, condensed milk and corn starch and mix well.
  3. Then bring to a boil, stirring constantly until it thickens. Then add 03 tablespoons of grated coconut, mix and remove from the heat. Let cool a little.
  4. For assembly, start by placing a layer of the cream, then the biscuit dipped in milk.
  5. Do this until the last layer is cream.
  6. Then make a chocolate ganache.
  7. Chop the chocolate and place it in a pan, add the cream and heat until the chocolate is completely melted and pour it over the white cream.
  8. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  9. Before serving, grate the bonbon and throw it on top along with the granulated chocolate and the rest of the grated coconut.
  10. It's ready to serve.
