- Strawberries to taste
- Emulsifier (optional)1 dessert spoon
- Place the cream pot in the bowl of the mixer (it needs to be very cold). Beat the cream until almost whipped cream.
- Add the cream and condensed milk and beat some more. At this point, if you are going to use the emulsifier, you can add it too.
- Add the 10 tablespoons of powdered milk and mix some more.
- On a platter, start assembling the pavé layers, starting with the cream.
- Then make a layer of champagne biscuits, another layer of cream and place chopped strawberries. Note: for the strawberries not to release so much water, before putting them in the pavé, chop them and put them in a sieve with a little sugar on top, so it will release a lot of water in the sieve. Save a few whole ones for decoration.
- Follow the layers alternating between cream, cookies, cream, strawberries and so on.
- Finish with the cream layer, decorate with whole strawberries and sprinkle with powdered milk. Put it in the fridge for about 3 hours and it's ready to eat.
