- Packet of shredded coconut1 unit(s)
- Cornstarch Cracker Packs2 unit(s)
- In a large bowl, add condensed milk, cream and coconut milk. Stir well and reserve. With the filling ready, open the cookie package and soak it in milk (don't let the cookie soften too much, as it will line the pyrex with the cookie). Once the pyrex has been lined with the cookies, add the cream (but not the whole cream because you will do this process three times putting the cookie and cream and so on). The last layer is cream. After that, just decorate with grated coconut and it's ready. Easy, fast and delicious!
