Misture o leite condensado, o leite, a maisena, as gemas e leve ao fogo, mexendo sempre, até engrossar. Reserve.

Forre o fundo de uma forma refratária grande com metade do creme.

Faça uma camada com o chocolate picado e complete com o restante do creme.

Bata as claras em neve e vá acrescentando o açúcar, aos poucos, batendo sempre, até obter um suspiro firme.

Junte o creme de leite e mexa bem.

Coloque essa mistura por cima do creme.
Por cima faça uma ganhache de chocolate e termine com o bis por cima 



Mix the condensed milk, the milk, the cornstarch, the yolks and bring to the fire, stirring constantly, until it thickens. Reserve.

Line the bottom of a large refractory with half the cream.

Make a layer with the chopped chocolate and complete with the rest of the cream.

Beat the egg whites and gradually add the sugar, beating constantly, until you get a firm sigh.

Add the cream and mix well.

Pour this mixture over the cream.
On top make a chocolate ganache and finish with the bis on top
