Mix the condensed milk, the milk, the cornstarch, the yolks and bring to the fire, stirring constantly, until it thickens. Reserve.
Line the bottom of a large refractory with half the cream.
Make a layer with the chopped chocolate and complete with the rest of the cream.
Beat the egg whites and gradually add the sugar, beating constantly, until you get a firm sigh.
Add the cream and mix well.
Pour this mixture over the cream.
On top make a chocolate ganache and finish with the bis on top
