- Chocolate shavings50 g
- Confectioner's sugar to taste
- Mix the whites and sugar in a pan and bring to a low heat, stirring constantly, for 3 minutes. removing the pan for a few moments every minute, continuing to stir so that it doesn't cook.
- Place in mixer and beat until doubled in volume. Add the Milk Cream. Reserve.
- In a pan, place the yolks, the MOÇA Milk, the NINHO Milk and the corn starch, bring to the fire and stir until it thickens.
- Let cool and set aside.
- Place the vermouth and water in a pan and bring to a boil.
- Moisten some cookies in the mixture and place them in a container.
- Spread the cream of yolks on the cookies.
- Make another layer of moist cookies and another layer of frosting.
- Garnish with chocolate shavings and icing sugar.
- Place in the fridge for about 4 hours.
