- Chocolate Powder5 tablespoon
- Granules1 to taste
- Put the condensed milk in a pan, the milk, the yolks and the cornstarch.
- Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until creamy.
- Remove from the heat and place half of the cream in a Pyrex Or In a Shape, cover with cornstarch cookies (do not wet the cookies), put the chocolate powder in the other part of the cream, stir well until smooth, put it on top of the cookies.
- Use Granulated To finish the pavé like this. Leave it in the fridge until it's at the right point!
