Condensed milk2 can(s)
Sour cream2 can(s)
Whole milk600 ml
Maizena4 tablespoon
Sifted gems2 unit(s)
Chocolate powder4 tablespoon
Maizena Biscuit (package)2 unit(s)
Milk for dipping cookies to taste
Chocolate bar to taste

White cream: first, dissolve 2 tablespoons of cornstarch in 300 ml of milk.
Mix with 1 can of condensed milk, 1 can/box of cream and the 2 egg yolks.
Bring to a boil until thickened and set aside.
Chocolate cream: repeat the white cream process. ATTENTION! This cream has no yolks! Replace them with 4 tablespoons of cocoa powder.
Assembly: start with a layer of white cream, then place a layer of cornflour soaked in milk and then a layer of chocolate cream. Repeat until the creams run out.
Decorate with chocolate shavings.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
