White cream: first, dissolve 2 tablespoons of cornstarch in 300 ml of milk.
Mix with 1 can of condensed milk, 1 can/box of cream and the 2 egg yolks.
Bring to a boil until thickened and set aside.
Chocolate cream: repeat the white cream process. ATTENTION! This cream has no yolks! Replace them with 4 tablespoons of cocoa powder.
Assembly: start with a layer of white cream, then place a layer of cornflour soaked in milk and then a layer of chocolate cream.
Repeat until the creams run out.
Decorate with chocolate shavings.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
