  • Wheat flour25 g
  • Milk250 ml
  • Gems6 unit(s)
  • Brown sugar250 g
  • Puff pastry500 g
  • Cinnamon1 coffee spoon
  • Vanilla essence1 coffee spoon
  1. Mix the wheat flour with the milk, gradually adding it. Bring this mixture to medium heat, always stirring so it doesn't stick, do this until the milk boils. Add the sugar, cinnamon and vanilla essence and shortly after add the yolks, mix until the cream turns yellow.
  2. Grease the form with puff pastry and place the cream. Bake in an oven at 200 degrees for 30 minutes.
