  • Condensed milk395 g
  • Sour cream200 g
  • Passion Fruit Tang Juice1 unit(s)
  • Milk or semisweet chocolate bar.500 g
  1. Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie or in the microwave.
  2. Make two layers of chocolate in the truffle molds and refrigerate.
  3. In a blender, place the condensed milk, cream and the passion fruit Tang juice.
  4. Beat for 5 minutes. The longer it beats, the more creamy it gets.
  5. Pour the filling into the truffle molds and top with more melted chocolate.
  6. Take the fridge for 10 minutes and unmold carefully so as not to break.
