- ~How to make the gelatin~ Dissolve the gelatin in 5 tablespoons of water and microwave for 15 seconds, mix well and set aside.
- In the blender add the passion fruit juice, condensed milk, cream and gelatin already dissolved, beat for about 3 minutes. Grind the bis, with your hands, place the crushed bis in a false bottom shape, press well until it forms a layer. Then add the mixture that is in the blender and take it to the fridge for 2 hours.
- ~For the syrup~ 1/2 cup passion fruit pulp (with seeds) 1/2 cup (tea) of sugar
- ~Slurry Preparation Mode~ In a pan, add the passion fruit pulp with the sugar, mix well and bring to a low heat, when it starts to boil, use a spoon to remove the foam that has formed.
- Attention: The foam makes your syrup bitter. Stir until it starts to acquire a syrupy consistency, do not let it thicken too much. Turn off the heat and wait for the syrup to cool before using. After 2 hours, remove the pie from the fridge and put the syrup on top, it's delicious!
