  • Passion Fruit Juice Concentrate150 ml
  • Passion Fruit Pulp1 unit(s)
  • Colorless gelatin12 g
  • Chocolate Ganache200 g
  1. Place 2 boxes of Bis on the side of a round shape with removable bottom. Grind the other box of Bis and place it in the bottom of the mold and cover with the ganache.
  2. Hydrate the gelatin according to the instructions on the package and hit the blender with the condensed milk, cream, juice and passion fruit pulp. Transfer to the mold and take it to the fridge for at least 3 hours.
  3. Unmold and serve.
