Champagne Biscuit to taste

Remove the passion fruit pulp and heat until the pits come off. Pass through a sieve while still hot and set aside.
Place the condensed milk (reserve a little) and the cream in the blender and blend for about 5 minutes.
Make a passion fruit juice and you can sweeten it with a little condensed milk, to moisten the cookies.
Mounting: Start with the cream and alternate with the cookies soaked in the juice. Finish with the cream and decorate with the passion fruit seeds.
Grandma's Tip: Make sure the cookies are not soaked in juice. They must not lose the format.
