Passion Fruit Mousse with White Chocolate

  • Sour cream (small box)2 unit(s)
  • Passion Fruit (large and ripe)4 unit(s)
  • White chocolate (bar)200 g
  1. Place the cream and condensed milk in the blender. Add passion fruit. The passion fruit, before putting it in the blender, pass the pulp through a sieve, so that only the juice falls out. Reserve the seeds.
  2. Let it beat for about 3 minutes. Meanwhile, grate the chocolate bar with the thicker side of the grater and set aside.
  3. Pour the entire mixture from the blender into a glass or other refractory of your choice.
  4. Sprinkle with grated chocolate and passion fruit seeds.
  5. Place in the fridge for about 1 hour to chill and harden.
  6. Enjoy your food!
