Passion Fruit Mousse with White Chocolate

Place the cream and condensed milk in the blender. Add passion fruit. The passion fruit, before putting it in the blender, pass the pulp through a sieve, so that only the juice falls out. Reserve the seeds.
Let it beat for about 3 minutes. Meanwhile, grate the chocolate bar with the thicker side of the grater and set aside.
Pour the entire mixture from the blender into a glass or other refractory of your choice.
Sprinkle with grated chocolate and passion fruit seeds.
Place in the fridge for about 1 hour to chill and harden.
