- Passion Fruit Pulp5 unit(s)
- Dark chocolate bar200 g
- For the mousse: in a blender, beat 2 boxes of condensed milk, a box of cream and the passion fruit pulp for 5 minutes.
- Pour into a container and place in the fridge for 1 hour.
- For the chocolate ganache: chop the chocolate bar.
- In a glass container, microwave for 3 minutes (or in a water bath).
- Remove from microwave and add the cream, mix well.
- Carefully pour over the mousse and return to the fridge for another 2 hours.
