Passion Fruit Mousse with Chocolate Ganache

  • Concentrated passion fruit juice100 ml
  • condensed milk1 can(s)
  • Sour cream2 can(s)
  • Belgian granules100 g
  • Semisweet Chocolate100 g
  1. Hit the blender for 5 minutes; Condensed milk, a can of cream and passion fruit juice.
  2. Add the granulated and mix with a spatula.
  3. Place in the container that will serve and take the fridge for at least 2 hours.
  4. In a pan add the cream of milk and the chopped chocolate.
  5. Always stir over low heat until completely melted and creamy.
  6. Wait for the ganache to cool down before pouring it over the mousse.
  7. Finish as you prefer and take it to freeze for another 1 hour.
  8. Serve chilled. 🇧🇷
