Blend the passion fruit in a blender, strain and set aside.
Put the passion fruit juice, condensed milk, cream and mix.
In a container, dissolve the gelatin with 2 tablespoons of hot water and put it together in the blender and hit for another 1 minute.
Pour the mousse into a refractory of your choice and take it to the fridge.
TIP:
you can add a little passion fruit pulp over the mousse to finish the decoration in addition to being delicious.
TIP 2: if you want to misinform, grease the mold with oil to make it easier.
