  • Iced condensed milk1 can(s)
  • Cold cream (whey free)1 can(s)
  • Iced concentrated passion fruit juice1..1/2 cup
  1. Blend all the mousse ingredients in a blender.
  2. Transfer to a glass container with or without a lid, sealing with plastic wrap and refrigerate.
  3. SYRUP pulp of 2 passion fruit 4 tablespoons of sugar
  4. Put the passion fruit pulp with the seeds and sugar to boil over low heat for 10 minutes or until the pulp is transparent and thick.
  5. Let the syrup cool and spread over the mousse.
  6. Leave it in the fridge for a while and then just serve.
