  • Sour cream1 unit(s)
  • Ready-made fruit juice (of your favorite flavor)150 ml
  • grated coconut5 tablespoon
  • Unflavored colorless gelatin envelope1 unit(s)
  • Chopped milk chocolate bar125 g
  • Chopped semisweet chocolate125 g
  • Sour cream2 unit(s)
  1. In the blender, beat the condensed milk, the cream and the fruit juice for 3 minutes.
  2. Hydrate the colorless gelatin with 5 tablespoons of water and mix well.
  3. Microwave for 15 seconds and mix to melt well.
  4. Add to blender and blend for another 1 minute.
  5. Finally, add the grated coconut and beat quickly, just to mix.
  6. Pour the mixture into a serving dish and refrigerate until set (approximately 2 hours).
  7. Truffled Topping Melt the chocolates in a bain-marie or in the microwave (in this case, stopping every 30 seconds to stir and prevent it from burning).
  8. Add the cream and mix well.
  9. Pour over the cooled mousse and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  10. Decorate to taste and serve.
