passion fruit juice concentrate (200 ml)1 cup
condensed milk1 can(s)
sour cream1 can(s)
colorless gelatin powder (12 g) hydrated and melted according to package instructions1 dessert spoon

Beat the passion fruit juice with the condensed milk and the cream in the blender until obtaining a homogeneous cream.
Add the melted gelatin and beat for 1 to 2 minutes to mix well.
Pour into disposable cups or individual cups and refrigerate for 4 to 6 hours or until firm.
Finally, decorate with passion fruit syrup and seeds.
