Passion Fruit Jelly
Start by putting the water to heat. Place the passion fruit jellies in a bowl. When the water is very hot (no need to boil), put it in the jellies and stir well. Reserve
In the blender, beat the condensed milk, the cream and the dissolved passion fruit jellies.
Hydrate the colorless gelatin as requested on the package.. after hydrating, place it in the blender and blend with the other ingredients for about 4 minutes
Place the beaten ingredients in an aluminum or silicone pudding firm. Refrigerate for about 8 hours. (the best thing is to make it at night to eat the next day, or if you make it to eat the same day, make it very early and leave it in the fridge until it's time to eat)
For passion fruit jelly. Remove the pulp from the passion fruit, place it in a pan and heat with the sugar, stir over low heat until it thickens. Turn off the heat and set aside (it needs to be cold to be placed in the gelatin)
Unmold the gelatin and add the jelly
