Sour cream400 g
Condensed milk1 can(s)
1 packet of powdered juice of the flavor you prefer, I made it with passion fruit20 g
Iced whipped cream200 ml
2 Chocolate Bars180 g
Sour cream200 g

In a container, place the cream (400g), condensed milk and powdered juice, mix well and set aside.
In another container, place the whipped cream and beat until it doubles in volume or is very firm, add to the previous cream, mix well and set aside.
Melt the chocolate and add the cream (200ml) mix well and set aside.
On a platter, make a layer of cream, spread some of the chocolate and with a toothpick or fork, mix the chocolate in the cream so that the chocolate enters the cream, repeat until you finish in the chocolate, take it to the fridge and serve when it is firm.
