- In the blender add the 3 eggs and 1 and 1/2 cup of sugar. Beat and then add 1/2 cup of oil and passion fruit juice. Beat again and then add 1 and 1/2 cup of wheat. Whisk quickly, just pulsing, to incorporate the wheat into the dough. Finish by adding the yeast and stirring with a spoon. Place the dough in a greased and floured form. Place in a preheated oven at 180°C and bake for approximately 50 minutes.
- SYRUP In a pan, add 1/2 cup of sugar, 1/2 cup of water, the pulp of 2 passion fruit and 1 tablespoon of starch. Stir well and bring to a boil. Keep stirring with a fouet until you get the consistency of a thin syrup. Cover the cake with this syrup and it's ready!
