- Vanilla Essence1 teaspoon
- Oil (tea 80ml)1/3 cup
- Milk (tea 120 ml)1/2 cup
- Sugar1 cup
- Wheat flour (2 ½ cups)2 cup
- Baking powder (for cake)1 tablespoon
- Chocolate Chips1/2 cup
- Beat the egg whites and reserve.
- Then beat the egg yolks and oil
- Then add the sugar, lemon zest, vanilla essence and milk. (In the mixer)
- Turn off the battery and add the wheat flour little by little.
- Put the yeast and lastly the egg whites little by little, mixing with a wooden spoon or another one of your choice.
- Finally add the chocolate drops and stir.
- I used the paper form for the pascal colomba and took it to the oven at 180° for 35 minutes.
- For the topping, I melted the chocolate bar in the microwave and placed it on top of the colomba and decorated it with chocolate drops, chestnuts and nuts.
