- Condensed milk395 g
- Sour cream200 g
- Shredded Coconut200 g
- Margarine1 tablespoon
- Grated coconut or granulated sugar for garnish to taste
- In a pan put the condensed milk, cream, margarine and grated coconut.
- Mix all the ingredients well and take it to the medium fire, stirring non-stop until the point of curling, when it starts to unglue from the bottom of the pan.
- Then transfer the dough to a plate greased with margarine and cover with plastic wrap and let it cool completely.
- Finally, roll up and roll in grated coconut or granulated sugar to decorate.
