- 2 cups of all-purpose flour (280 grams)2 cup
- 1 cup of sugar (160 grams)1 cup
- 1 cup of oil (240 milliliters)1 cup
- 1 cup papaya juice1 cup
- ½ cup of condensed milk1/2 cup
- 3 egg3 unit(s)
- 2 drops of red food coloring (optional)2 to taste
- Making creamy papaya cake is very simple! In a bowl, place all the ingredients except the yeast. Mix well with a spoon, add the yeast and mix gently, making enveloping movements.
- To make papaya juice, blend the papaya with a little milk in a blender.
- Grease and flour a form and pour the papaya cake dough. Bake in the oven for about 40 minutes at 180º C, until golden. If necessary, check the cake's doneness using the toothpick test.
- Remove the creamy papaya cake from the oven, unmold it and it's ready to eat! Accompany this delight with a good coffee or a fruit smoothie with oatmeal and enjoy!
