  • Milk250 ml
  • Sour cream2 unit(s)
  • Sugar100 g
  • Vanilla essence1 tablespoon
  • Unflavored gelatin1 unit(s)
  • Milk for gelatin100 ml
  • passion fruit2 unit(s)
  • Sugar for syrup100 g
  1. In a pan, add the milk, cream and sugar, mix well.
  2. Separately, hydrate the gelatin in the milk and set aside.
  3. Return to the pan mix, turn on the fire and stir until it boils, then turn off the fire.
  4. With the fire off and the mixture hot, add the vanilla essence, mix well and add the hydrated gelatin, mix well and you can now put it in the mold.
  5. Allow to cool and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Attention: If you want to unmold, grease your pan with a little oil.
  6. Syrup: In a pan, pour all passion fruit and sugar, mix well for 5 minutes on low heat, then turn off and wait to cool down to use.
