- Fresh cream600 ml
- Milk240 ml
- Sugar60 g
- Vanilla essence or a vanilla knife1 dessert spoon
- Colorless, flavorless gelatin10 g
- Syrup Ingredients: Red Fruits (raspberry, strawberry)200 g
- Sugar100 g
- Water1 cup
- Star Anise (optional) to taste
- How to prepare Panna Cotta Place the cream, milk, sugar and vanilla bean over medium heat and bring to a boil.
- Turn off the heat and set aside.
- Prepare the gelatin according to the package instructions.
- Once hydrated, mix the gelatin with the warm cream.
- Divide the mixture into individual bowls and cover with a film.
- Place in the fridge for at least 3 hours.
- Serve with the red fruit syrup or with the syrup of your choice.
- Preparation method for syrup: In a pan, add the sugar, strawberries and water and bring to a medium heat.
- When it starts to boil, lower the heat and add the star anise.
- Leave for around 20 minutes. Allow to cool and place over the panaccotta when serving.
