  • Sour cream400 ml
  • Milk400 ml
  • Sugar11/2 cup
  • Colorless gelatin24 g
  • Vanilla bean or a level tablespoon of essence1 unit(s)
  • FOR FLOUR3 unit(s)
  • Strawberries200 g
  • Sugar1 cup
  • Port wine1/3 cup
  1. Cut the vanilla bean in half, scraping the inside.
  2. Place the vanilla in a saucepan, along with the milk, cream and sugar.
  3. Heat, without boiling, and add the gelatin already hydrated in water.
  4. Pour the mixture into molds or a large mold and refrigerate for about 2 hours.
  5. When serving, remove from the fridge, heat in hot water and unmold. cover with the syrup
  6. TO MAKE THE CALDA Heat all the ingredients together until a slightly thick syrup forms. Let cool.
