- Sour cream400 ml
- Milk400 ml
- Sugar11/2 cup
- Colorless gelatin24 g
- Vanilla bean or a level tablespoon of essence1 unit(s)
- FOR FLOUR3 unit(s)
- Strawberries200 g
- Sugar1 cup
- Port wine1/3 cup
- Cut the vanilla bean in half, scraping the inside.
- Place the vanilla in a saucepan, along with the milk, cream and sugar.
- Heat, without boiling, and add the gelatin already hydrated in water.
- Pour the mixture into molds or a large mold and refrigerate for about 2 hours.
- When serving, remove from the fridge, heat in hot water and unmold. cover with the syrup
- TO MAKE THE CALDA Heat all the ingredients together until a slightly thick syrup forms. Let cool.
