GANACHE
INGREDIENTES
2 barras de chocolate meio amargo 90g
1 caixa de creme de leite

MODO DE PREPARO
Pique o chocolate e coloque em um refratário.
Leve ao micro-ondas na potência média por 1 minuto.
Retire do micro-ondas e mexa com espátula.
Leve ao microondas por mais 30 segundos.
Retire e acrescente o creme de leite.
Misture o creme ao chocolate delicadamente.

BRIGADEIRO
INGREDIENTES
1 lata de leite condensado
4 colheres (sopa) de chocolate em pó ou achocolatado

MODO DE PREPARO
Em um recipiente próprio para microondas, de preferência redondo e de borda alta, misture os ingredientes.
Leve ao microondas por 6 minutos em potência alta. Mexendo a misturando a cada 1 minuto.
Depois de pronto, retire do microondas e mexa até ficar uma massa lisa e brilhante.

CHOCOTONE
INGREDIENTES
1 chocotone grande
Morangos
1 caixa de bis

MODO DE PREPARO
Com auxílio de uma faca, corte a tampa do chocotone e retire o miolo do chocotone deixando 1,5 cm nas bordas (2 dedos).
Pique 6 biz e misture na ganache.
Coloque um pouco de ganache dentro do chocotone, pedaços de chocotone e assim sucessivamente até preencher todo o interior e recoloque a tampa.
Sobre a tampa espalhe o brigadeiro e decore com morangos e biz.

GANACHE
INGREDIENTS
2 bars of semisweet chocolate 90g
1 box of cream

PREPARATION MODE
Chop the chocolate and place it in a refractory.
Microwave on medium power for 1 minute.
Remove from microwave and stir with spatula.
Microwave for another 30 seconds.
Remove and add the cream.
Gently mix the cream with the chocolate.

BRIGADEIRO
INGREDIENTS
1 can of condensed milk
4 tablespoons cocoa powder or chocolate powder

PREPARATION MODE
In a microwave-safe bowl, preferably round and with a high rim, mix the ingredients.
Microwave for 6 minutes at high power. Stirring and mixing every 1 minute.
Once ready, remove from microwave and stir until smooth and shiny.

CHOCOTONE
INGREDIENTS
1 large chocolate
strawberries
1 box of bis

PREPARATION MODE
With the help of a knife, cut the lid of the chocotone and remove the core of the chocotone, leaving 1.5 cm on the edges (2 fingers).
Chop 6 biz and mix in the ganache.
Put a little ganache inside the chocotone, pieces of chocotone and so on until you fill the entire interior and replace the lid.
Spread the brigadeiro over the lid and decorate with strawberries and biz.
