In a blender, place the eggs, butter, sugar, milk, yeast and panettone essence, beat for two minutes.
In a large bowl, add the wheat flour, take the mixture from the blender adding little by little, knead until it forms a soft dough.
The dough should not stick to your hands, add the lemon zest, grapes and fruit
Add the dough to the shapes and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 30 minutes.
