Ingredients

  • Wheat flour | 1 kg
  • Water | 1/4 cup
  • Organic Yeast | 50 g
  • Eggs | 3 unit(s)
  • Sugar | 1 cup
  • Salt | 1 coffee spoon
  • warm milk | 200 ml
  • Candied fruit | 300 g
  • Raisins | 200 g
  • Lemon zest | 1 unit(s)
  • Panettone essence | 20 ml
  • Butter | 2 tablespoon

Recipe

  1. In a blender, place the eggs, butter, sugar, milk, yeast and panettone essence, beat for two minutes.
  2. In a large bowl, add the wheat flour, take the mixture from the blender adding little by little, knead until it forms a soft dough.
  3. The dough should not stick to your hands, add the lemon zest, grapes and fruit
  4. Add the dough to the shapes and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 30 minutes.
