  • condensed milk2 unit(s)
  • Pieces of Panettone to taste
  • Gem4 unit(s)
  • Milk250 ml
  • Sugar1 cup
  • Water1/2 cup
  • Dried fruits to taste
  1. Mix the yolks, condensed milk and milk with a fouet and pass through a sieve.
  2. In a pan melt the sugar when it is completely melted add the water and wait until it forms a foam this is the point of the pudding syrup
  3. Pour the syrup over a mold with a bottom in the middle and wait to cool down.
  4. Add dried fruits and panettone pieces on top of the syrup.
  5. Pour the pudding mass that we prepared in the beginning and cook in a bain-marie in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 50 minutes to 1 hour.
  6. Pierce with a fork if it comes out clean, it's ready, take it to the fridge for at least 3 hours before misinforming
  7. misinform and serve
