  • Butter or margarine100 g
  • warm milk1 cup
  • Sugar1/2 cup
  • Salt1 coffee spoon
  • Organic Yeast15 g
  • and a half of Wheat Flour3 cup
  • Panettone essence drops25 to taste
  • Candied fruit, raisins or chocolate likes100 g
  1. Gather everything in a bowl and knead +or- 10 minutes until the dough is very soft (it gets sticky), then cover with a dish towel and put it in a warm place or in the sun until it doubles in size about 2 hours.
  2. Then separate the dough into portions according to shape (I used the 500gm ones) I put the fruits or chopped chocolate or drops.
  3. Then put it in the shapes, occupy only half of the shape and let it double in volume once again. Bake in a moderate oven at 180°C for 45 minutes.
