- Butter or margarine100 g

- Organic Yeast15 g
- and a half of Wheat Flour3 cup
- Panettone essence drops25 to taste
- Candied fruit, raisins or chocolate likes100 g
- Gather everything in a bowl and knead +or- 10 minutes until the dough is very soft (it gets sticky), then cover with a dish towel and put it in a warm place or in the sun until it doubles in size about 2 hours.
- Then separate the dough into portions according to shape (I used the 500gm ones) I put the fruits or chopped chocolate or drops.
- Then put it in the shapes, occupy only half of the shape and let it double in volume once again. Bake in a moderate oven at 180°C for 45 minutes.
