Ripe banana1 unit(s)
Oat flakes4 tablespoon
Eggs2 unit(s)
Baking powder1 dessert spoon
Cinnamon powder1 dessert spoon
Drops of Vanilla Essence to taste

Pass honey in the skillet and place the sliced banana, set aside.
In a refractory mix the other ingredients, take the skillet to the fire and put the dough left for 5 min, turn and leave for another 5 min with the lid.
Remove from the heat, sprinkle a little ground cinnamon on top and serve.
